Our first full growing season begins in spring 2027.
Pencil Hill vegetables and herbs will be available through Hudson Valley farmers markets and directly to area restaurants. Wool and yarn from our fiber flock will also be available seasonally as they are produced.
Market locations, restaurant availability, and wool and yarn offerings will be posted here as they are confirmed.
