Growing exceptional vegetables and supporting ecological health

From the Foothills of the Berkshires

Pencil Hill Farm is a market garden in Wassaic, New York, growing vegetables and herbs alongside a small flock of fiber sheep on beautiful farmland at the foothills of the Berkshires.

We focus on exceptional flavor and nutritional quality while building healthy soil, increasing biodiversity, and caring for the land that supports us.

Built for a Long Season

Our production is planned around repeated successions, protected growing, and season-extension techniques to provide fresh vegetables consistently from early spring through late fall. We focus on clear communication, realistic commitments, and dependable availability for both market customers and restaurant partners.
